Introducing the Animation Option for the WordPress and Spectra blocks from the Spectra for v1.21.0.
Basically, the Animation Option will be available in the Advanced Tab of the blocks.

Following are the options you will find —
- Animation ( This Animation will work in the ViewPort )
- Hover Animation
The Animation option provides options like Fade In, Fade Out, Bounce, Slide, Rotate and various combinations of them.
The Hover Animation as the name suggests will animate the block on mouse hover. It has options like Push, Pop, Pulse, Bounce, Grow, etc.
